Why no basement access?

The basement is closed off and unused during your stay. This setup allows us to offer a more affordable rate for those who only need a cozy space on the main floor and don't need the extra basement bedrooms.

The alarm is not armed but smart sensors in the basement hallway will detect motion.

Access to the basement is possible for the following:

Emergency Exit - Slider in the bedroom closest to the lake.
Electrical panel e.g. a tripped breaker - in the small bedroom behind the door panels on the wall.
Well pump, pressure tank and main water shut-off - in that same small bedroom in the closet. If the closet is locked a key is available hanging on the door frame.
Modem and WiFi router e.g. for rebooting - in the mechanical room on the shelf above the water softener.
HVAC system and sewer pump - in the mechanical room.

Unless it is an emergency we would be grateful if you could let us know by phone or text (508 369 4866) before you access the basement.
